The situation

People get poor results from AI far more often because of the prompt than the model. Most prompts give the model too little to work with, and the advice on how to fix that is scattered and technical.

We wanted a practical, free way to help anyone write a better prompt, tailored to the kind of model they are actually using, without asking them to learn prompt engineering first.

What we did

We distilled prompt-engineering practice into a simple, repeatable structure: role, context, task, constraints and output format.

We built a tool that assembles that structure from a few plain-language answers, with guidance specific to text, image, video and audio models. It runs entirely in the browser, so nothing anyone types is sent anywhere.

The outcome

The Prompt Optimizer is live and free on this site, and the thinking behind it now informs how we help clients adopt AI deliberately through our Business AI Readiness work.

It is a small example of how we prefer to work: turn a fuzzy problem into a clear system, and make it genuinely useful.
